Private Cat & Private Lodge Packages

Retallack offers customers the option of booking a single private cat (maximum capacity of 12 guests per cat). This guarantees that we will not fill a Private Cat with additional guests and group leaders have the option of determining how many individuals they would like in their Private Cat. Private Cat packages must be paid for by one payee or group leader. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking, an additional 25% by May 1 and the remainder of the 50% balance on October 1.

Retallack also offers customers the option of booking out Retallack Lodge (maximum capacity of 24 guests). This guarantees that we will not fill Retallack Lodge with additional guests and group leaders have the option of determining how many individuals they would like in their Private Lodge package. The Private Lodge package also offers the additional benefit of utilizing up to three snowcats if desired. Private Lodge packages must be paid for by one payee or group leader. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking, an additional 25% by May 1 and the remainder of the 50% balance on October 1.

Please note that Retallack occasionally hosts pro-skier/snowboarder media groups from around the world. These small media groups are typically hosted in nearby overflow accommodation, eat meals at Retallack Lodge, and utilize limited areas of terrain or special media zones that do not affect other guests’ overall skiing or snowboarding quality or experience. Retallack cannot guarantee that a pro-skier/snowboarder group will not be present during either a Private Cat or a Private Lodge package. Private Lodge groups that do not wish to have any pro-skier/snowboarder media groups present during their stay are kindly requested to discuss this with Retallack’s administrative staff at the time of their initial booking. In such cases, Retallack will do its best to respect the Private Lodge group’s request.

In the case where there are Alumni members of either a Private Cat or a Private Lodge package, Retallack will continue to apply applicable Alumni discounts. Alumni discounts, however, will only be applied after a 50% deposit has been paid in full for either a Private Cat or a Private Lodge package. The Alumni discount(s) will then be applied to the remaining 50% balance of either the Private Cat or Private Lodge package. The redistribution of any applicable Alumni discounts will be the sole responsibility of the group leader should they choose to pursue this as an option.
